Core Values
We believe in the existence of God and recognise that the fear of God is the beginning of knowledge and wisdom. Therefore, we instill the fear of God in all staff members and pupils in our school. (Proverbs 1:7, 9:10) .
We aspire to be excellent in all we do. We, therefore, encourage our teachers to demonstrate excellence in executing their responsibilities and also guide and teach our pupils be excellent in every aspect of human development within our purview. (Daniel 6:3) .
We recognise the value of integrity and its significance in the future of our pupils. We commit ourselves to demonstrating unquestionable integrity wherever and whenever and in everything we do. (Proverbs 10:9) .
We believe in the golden principle that love should be the basic motivation behind the actions of all persons. Therefore, our actions are motivated by a godly love for one another, especially towards the pupils we develop. (Romans 12:10) .
We value the golden life principle of hard work initiating success. As such, we encourage all staff members to diligently execute their responsibilities and also instil in our pupils a diligent mindset towards academics and all other human development activities we take them through. (Proverbs 21:5) .
We acknowledge the significance of discipline in the human development process. At all times, we ensure our staff and pupils live strictly by instructions, and we also discipline pupils and staff who consciously break rules after series of cautions. (Proverbs 15:10, Proverbs 22:16)
We value the power of leadership and its ability to bring great transformation to societies. We, therefore, train our pupils to be leaders in everything they do and wherever they are. We instil in them traits such as decision-making, planning, self-grooming, problem solving mindset, proactiveness, tenacity and resilience. (Judges 5:2)
We value the power of teamwork and synergy. We train our pupils to develop a collaborative mindset and a teamworking spirit by engaging them in group work and activities that make them value each other’s abilities. (Ecclesiastes 4:9)
As the saying goes, “man is not an island”, we acknowledge the reality that our actions (positive or negative) affect the society within which we belong. In that light, we encourage staff members and teach pupils to be socially responsible be it in helping the less privileged, supporting a communal work and or helping prevent a socially unacceptable behaviour. (Nehemiah 2:17-18)
I'm so grateful for the supportive and welcoming environment that our school provides. The teachers and administrators are always available to answer questions and address concerns, and the variety of extracurricular activities has helped my child develop new skills and interests. We feel like part of a close-knit community and are proud to be a part of this school.
